LAH Series

List of Features

LAH Series compact linear actuators offer high-resolution and high-thrust. A precision ball screw provides positioning accuracy better than 4 microns and repeatability of 1 micron.
LAH Series actuators are well suited for measuring instruments, test and inspection systems, optical equipment, semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment.
Available in 2 models:

LAH-46 (DC servo motor drive version) with maximum thrust force 390N and 0.069 micrometers of resolution.
LAH-80 (Stepping motor drive version) with maximum thrust force 3000N and 2 micrometers of resolution.
